Dr. Stanfield Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Dr. Stanfield Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Affiliate Eligibility
- The program is open to individuals and companies that manage healthy aging & longevity, cognitive health, supplements & vitamins, sleep & recovery, and evidence-based health websites, blogs, or social media platforms. Other methods are accepted upon review.

- All applicants are subject to approval by Dr. Stanfield. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at our discretion.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a baseline 20% commission on the first purchase + 5% lifetime on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link. A qualifying sale is defined as a completed transaction where the customer has not requested a refund or return within 30 days.
Payouts
- Payouts will be processed monthly via a mutually agreed payment method.
- Any returns or refunds on transactions will result in adjustments to commission earnings.
Tracking and Reporting
- All affiliate links will be tracked using our Awin platform. Affiliates will have access to real-time data on their clicks, sales, and commissions.
- Affiliates must ensure their unique link is correctly implemented to receive proper credit for sales.
Prohibited Practices
- Affiliates may not engage in misleading advertising, use unauthorized promotions, or falsely represent Dr. Stanfield's products.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on any Dr. Stanfield trademarks or brand terms in paid search advertising.
Marketing Materials
- Affiliates will be provided with banners, images, and press releases to promote Dr. Stanfield's products. Custom requests can be submitted and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Affiliates must not alter or misrepresent any provided materials.
Termination of Program
- Dr. Stanfield reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
- Please note: this program operates with a 7-day closure notice period. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, commissions will be paid out on all eligible sales made before the termination date.
Program Changes
- Dr. Stanfield reserves the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program, including commission rates and payment schedules, with prior notice to affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
Liability
- Dr. Stanfield will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits) resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising regulations and privacy policies.
By joining the Dr. Stanfield Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
