NUBWO – Affiliate Programme Terms Overview
Welcome to the NUBWO Affiliate Programme. These Terms outline the key requirements and expectations for all publishers to ensure a fair, transparent, and long-term partnership. By applying to or participating in our programme, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions listed below.
1. Creative Assets
-Affiliates may only use banners, logos, product images, and text links provided through the Awin interface.
-Modification of NUBWO creatives is not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted.
-Do not hard-code creative assets. This ensures promotional updates, seasonal campaigns, and discontinued content are applied automatically.
-Custom creatives can be provided upon request.
2. Product Feed
-Our product data feed is updated regularly to reflect accurate pricing, stock availability, and product information.
-Affiliates are responsible for ensuring correct and up-to-date information is displayed on their websites or listings.
-Commissions may be declined for orders generated using outdated or misleading pricing/stock information.
3. Commission Structure
-Default commission rates apply across all eligible NUBWO products unless otherwise specified.
-Commission may vary by publisher type, customer type (new vs. returning), promotional activity, or basket value.
-Orders deemed fraudulent, cancelled, returned, or refunded will not qualify for commission.
-Assisted conversions may receive adjusted commission depending on the contribution level.
4. Validation & Returns Policy
-Orders are validated based on our standard return and refund policy.
-Commissions will only be approved after the buyer’s return window has passed.
-Cancelled orders, test orders, or orders with chargebacks will be declined.
-For markets with extended consumer return rights (e.g., EU), validation will follow local regulations.
5. Coupon & Promotion Code Policy
-Only NUBWO-approved coupon codes provided in the Awin interface (“My Offers” or Communication Centre) may be promoted.
-Use of unauthorized, expired, scraped, or self-generated codes is strictly prohibited.
-Orders generated with unapproved codes may have commission reversed.
-Unless otherwise stated:
Codes apply to full-priced items only.
Codes cannot be combined with cashback, loyalty rewards, or additional discounts.
6. Content & Brand Guidelines
-All promotional content referencing NUBWO must be accurate, honest, and reflect our official product information.
-Misleading claims about features, pricing, compatibility (e.g., consoles/platforms), or warranty policies are prohibited.
-Affiliates must not imply official endorsement, partnership, or representation without written approval.
-Any editorial reviews or long-form content must maintain factual accuracy and must not misrepresent product performance.
7. iFrame, Redirects & URL Policy
-Affiliates may not host NUBWO content within iframes.
-Masked, hidden, or cloaked redirects are not permitted.
-All affiliate traffic must transparently lead to our official site:
https://www.nubwotech.com
(and applicable regional subpages).
8. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
The following PPC rules apply across all regions (US, EU, APAC):
-Bidding on branded terms is strictly prohibited. Examples include:
“NUBWO”, “Nubwo headset”, “NUBWO gaming headset”, product model names (e.g., “NUBWO G06”), and misspellings or variants.
-Use of brand + discount terms (e.g., “NUBWO promo code”, “NUBWO coupon”, “NUBWO discount”) is not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.
-Direct linking from paid search to NUBWO landing pages is not allowed without prior approval.
9. Affiliate Approval Requirements
-All publishers undergo manual review.
-Sites must be active, content-relevant, and aligned with gaming, electronics, consumer tech, lifestyle, or applicable audience categories.
-NUBWO reserves the right to decline or remove publishers that do not fit brand standards or violate programme rules.
-Fraudulent, incentive-misleading, or low-quality traffic sources may be suspended without notice.
10. Telemarketing, Software, and Browser Extensions
-Promotion through software applications, browser extensions, toolbars, or plug-ins requires explicit written approval.
-Telemarketing or unsolicited outreach is not allowed.
-Any activity that overwrites user choice or hijacks cookies is strictly prohibited.
11. Cookie Duration
-NUBWO’s cookie period follows the duration defined in the Awin contract.
-Conversions occurring outside the cookie window will not be eligible for commission.
12. Consequences of Policy Violations
-Violations may result in:
Commission reversal
Temporary suspension
Permanent removal from the programme
-Serious violations (e.g., PPC brand bidding, unauthorized coupons, fraud) may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
