By joining the InStock Affiliate Programme, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to the following terms, as amended from time to time.
If you have a separate agreement with InStock, the terms of that agreement will override these terms.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws when promoting InStock.
Your social media content must meet the advertising standards and guidelines set by the ASA (https://www.asa.org.uk/news/influencer-marketing-key-advice-resources.html). In particular, all affiliated content must clearly include #ad.
Voucher Codes
You agree to follow the IAB Affiliate Marketing Council guidelines regarding voucher codes.
You must not use “Click to Reveal” where no valid or active code exists.
You must clearly describe the voucher that will appear when “Click to Reveal” is selected.
A valid code is one legitimately issued by InStock for affiliate use, with a defined activation and expiration date.
Voucher code directories must clearly distinguish deals, offers, sales, and discount codes.
You may only promote voucher codes supplied directly to you or published within the Awin UI. InStock may decline commission on sales made using unauthorized codes.
Confidentiality
You agree to keep all information shared as part of the InStock Affiliate Programme confidential, including details about commissions and the structure of the partnership.
Site Content
You guarantee that your affiliate content will not contain or promote illegal activity; discriminatory or hateful material; pornographic, religious, or political content; financial product/services offerings; or irresponsible promotion of gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.
Intellectual Property
You agree not to misrepresent InStock through misleading offers or by presenting their website as your own. All intellectual property belongs to InStock, and you must remove any InStock trademarks or logos upon termination of the relationship. If your content infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights, you agree to indemnify InStock for any resulting legal claims.
Site Scraping
You must not scrape the website.
Cookieless Voucher Tracking
InStock uses voucher-code attribution for selected partners. Transactions will be tracked—and commission awarded—based on the exclusive voucher code, regardless of whether a click occurred.
Validation Process
Commissions will be validated within a period of up to 90 days. InStock reserves the right to decline commission on all returned items.
Deduplication
All affiliate sales are deduplicated against other online marketing channels using a local cookie on a last-marketing-click basis.
Social Media Policy
Affiliates may not register “InStock” or any variation of the name on any social media platform.
Web Domain Policy
You may not purchase, own, or bid on any domains containing the word “InStock” or any misspellings.
Termination
InStock may terminate this agreement at any time, without providing a reason, by giving 7 days’ notice.
If you breach these terms, InStock may immediately suspend you from the Affiliate Programme and decline any pending commission generated during the breach.
