Use of Logos & Trademarks
- Do not modify, distort, or create derivative versions of our logos or brand assets.
- Logos and brand assets may be used solely for approved affiliate marketing purposes.
Messaging & Tone
- All messaging must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with our brand values.
- Avoid exaggerated, misleading, or unverified claims about products or the brand.
- All promotional content must comply with applicable laws, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships.
Content Approval
- For campaigns requiring co-branded assets or custom creative, affiliates must obtain prior written approval from the Company before publishing.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use our brand in a way that could harm the Company’s reputation, including on sites or content featuring illegal, offensive, or controversial material.
- Do not promote our brand on sites or content that is illegal, offensive, adult-oriented, or age-restricted.
- Do not use our brand in paid ads or search campaigns without prior permission.
Failure to follow these branding guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
