Participation in the Allycar Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
- Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a 20% commission based on the net rental value (base rental amount only), excluding taxes, delivery fees, credit card fees, add-ons, insurance upgrades, and other additional services. - Commission Validation
Commissions are validated after rental completion. Allycar reserves the right to decline commissions in cases of cancellation, no-show, duplicate booking, payment failure, chargeback, fraud detection, or violation of these terms. - Paid Search Policy
Affiliates may engage in paid search advertising on non-branded terms only. Bidding on the Allycar brand name or any variations, misspellings, or combinations (including “Allycar Orlando”) is strictly prohibited. - Brand Usage
The Allycar name, logo, and brand assets may not be used in paid search ads, display URLs, domain names, or social media profiles without prior written approval. Affiliates may not impersonate Allycar or misrepresent pricing, availability, or services. - Promotional Restrictions
Incentivized traffic, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, toolbar injections, misleading advertising, and promotion on adult, gambling, or illegal content websites are strictly prohibited. - Tracking & Attribution
Allycar reserves the right to apply deduplication against other marketing channels, including paid search, email marketing, display advertising, partnerships, and internal affiliate programs. - Program Modifications
Allycar may modify commission rates, policies, or program terms with prior notice in accordance with the affiliate network’s policies. - Termination
Allycar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates program terms or brand integrity standards.
