Voucher and coupon policy
We do not accept general coupon, voucher or discount code affiliates. Affiliates may only promote voucher codes if they have been issued directly to them by For Art’s Sake under an exclusive written agreement. Any unauthorised promotion of discount codes is strictly prohibited.
Subnetwork restrictions
Affiliates who operate subnetworks (such as Skimlinks) must ensure that only approved content publishers promote our brand. No coupon or cashback publishers are permitted via subnetworks without our explicit consent.
Affiliate commission
Standard commission
Standard commission is 10 percent on confirmed net sales.
Net sales means order value excluding VAT, shipping and returns.
Preferred content partners
Premium editorial and content partners may receive enhanced commission of up to 12 percent by separate written agreement.
Tracking and validation
Tracking is provided by Awin. A sale is counted as valid when the order is paid, not cancelled and not returned.
The attribution window is 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline commission on fraudulent orders, cancelled orders or orders where payment has failed.
Brand and traffic guidelines
Brand bidding
Affiliates may not bid on our brand name or close variations in paid search engines.
This includes brand terms such as For Art’s Sake, For Art’s Sake eyewear and local language variations.
Use of voucher codes
Only officially issued voucher codes from For Art’s Sake may be promoted.
Use of unauthorised or expired codes, or presenting your own codes as official, is not permitted.
Misleading promotions
Affiliates must not use false or misleading claims, such as fake discounts, false last chance messaging or untrue pricing.
Our brand should not appear on adult, illegal or hateful content.
Brand assets
You may use our approved logos, images and text that we provide in Awin or directly by email.
Any significant edits to logos, imagery or copy must be approved in advance.
Email and remarketing
If you promote us via email you must comply with local email and privacy regulations and provide a clear unsubscribe option.
Any retargeting or display activity that uses our brand name must be approved in advance.
Programme management
We reserve the right to approve or decline affiliate applications at our discretion in order to protect the brand.
We may pause or remove affiliates from the programme who do not follow these terms or who are inactive for a long period.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the new terms.
