1. Programme Overview
The Watch Enclave Affiliate Programme rewards approved publishers for driving qualified traffic and genuine sales to watchenclave.co.uk. Participation is subject to the terms below. By joining the programme, you agree to comply with all policies listed here and within the Awin platform.
2. Approval & Removal
We reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove any publisher at our discretion. Sites that include illegal, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
We may remove publishers who engage in behaviour that negatively affects our brand, violates Awin rules, or manipulates tracking.
3. Commission Structure
Commission is paid only on validated, genuine, fully completed purchases that meet the following conditions:
Order must be paid in full and not cancelled or refunded.
Order must be delivered successfully.
No fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or misuse of discount codes.
Commission is based on the net sales amount, excluding VAT, shipping costs, and any customer-applied discounts.
Commission tiers or private rates may be negotiated with high-performing partners.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in reversal of commissions or removal from the programme:
Self-purchases or purchases by people directly connected to the publisher
Cashback or voucher sites claiming commission without providing genuine value
Misleading claims about product pricing, availability, or authenticity
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any manipulation of tracking
Use of unauthorised coupons, discount codes, or promotional materials
Paid ads that impersonate Watch Enclave (e.g., using “official store” wording)
5. Branding Guidelines
Publishers may only use approved images, logos, and creative assets provided by Watch Enclave.
Modifying official assets, creating misleading visuals, or using brand terms in domain names is prohibited unless express written permission is granted.
6. Validation & Reversals
Orders may be cancelled or rejected if:
The customer returns the product
Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
The order is incomplete or unpaid
The sale was generated through policy violation or non-compliant activity
Watch Enclave reserves the right to reverse commissions where appropriate.
7. Notice Periods
We may update commission rates, programme rules, or promotional guidelines at any time. Publishers will be notified via Awin if changes impact tracking or commission.
8. Use of Watch Enclave Name & Claims
Publishers must NOT:
Claim to be an authorised or exclusive official retailer unless expressly approved
State false information regarding warranties, authenticity, or stock levels
Suggest partnership or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship
All product descriptions must remain accurate and factual.
9. Termination
We may terminate any publisher’s participation immediately for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that damage the Watch Enclave brand.
