Freegobikes Program Terms
1. Program Overview
The Freego Bikes Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by promoting our electric bikes and driving qualified sales on FreegoBikes.com. Affiliates must comply with all terms listed below.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 3% per validated sale
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commission is paid on: Product sales excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts
- Commission is not paid on: Canceled orders, refunded orders, fraud or self-purchases
3. Traffic & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Freego using:
- Blogs, reviews, comparison sites
- Social media content
- Email marketing (must be opt-in)
- Paid ads under restrictions below
- Coupon or deal sites only with pre-approval
4. PPC / Paid Search Rules
- Bidding on brand terms such as “Freego”, “Freego Bikes”, “Freegobikes.com”, or misspellings is strictly prohibited
- Direct linking to our website through ads is not allowed
- Ads must not imply they are official Freego ads
5. Content Requirements
Affiliates must:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information
- Avoid misleading statements or false claims
- Not use copyrighted materials (images, text, videos) without permission
6. Coupon Policy
- Only official Freego-issued coupons may be promoted
- Unauthorized coupon creation or misrepresentation is prohibited
7. Email Marketing Restrictions
- No unsolicited emails / spam
- Emails must include correct affiliate disclosure
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use fake traffic, bots, or incentivized clicks
- Conduct trademark bidding
- Promote Freego on adult, illegal, or inappropriate websites
- Misrepresent Freego or pretend to act as our official representative
- Purchase products through their own affiliate links
9. Order Validation & Payments
- Orders are validated after 30 days (to account for returns/fraud checks)
- Commissions will be declined for refunded or canceled orders
- Awin manages all payouts according to their payment schedule
10. Removal from Program
Freego reserves the right to suspend or remove any affiliate who violates these terms or engages in suspicious activity.
