Lumineva Beauty Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By applying to and participating in the Lumineva Beauty Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
2. Eligibility
The Lumineva Beauty Affiliate Program is open to individuals, bloggers, influencers, and businesses who meet the eligibility criteria set by Awin. You must be at least 18 years old and operate in accordance with local laws and regulations.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on successful sales made through their affiliate links. The commission rate is set by Lumineva Beauty and will be outlined in the Awin dashboard. Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale price (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid according to the payment schedule provided by Awin. Payments are made through Awin’s platform, and affiliates must ensure their payment information is up to date. Any fees associated with the payment method (e.g., transaction fees) are the responsibility of the affiliate.
5. Affiliate Link Usage
Affiliates will receive unique tracking links from Awin to promote Lumineva Beauty products. Affiliates must only use the provided links, banners, and marketing materials for promotion. You are prohibited from modifying, redirecting, or using misleading links.
6. Marketing and Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Lumineva Beauty products honestly and accurately. Any false claims, exaggerated statements, or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Lumineva Beauty as required by the relevant advertising standards and regulations.
7. Cookie Duration
The affiliate tracking cookie will remain active for [insert time, e.g., 30 days] after a user clicks on the affiliate link. Any sales made during this period will be attributed to the affiliate.
8. Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand names, product names, or variations thereof in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads) without prior written consent from Lumineva Beauty.
Affiliates must not engage in any form of spam marketing, including email spam or unsolicited social media promotions.
Affiliates are not permitted to engage in deceptive or unethical practices when promoting Lumineva Beauty.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice. Lumineva Beauty reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for violating these Terms and Conditions.
10. Liability
Lumineva Beauty is not responsible for any damages, loss of earnings, or other consequences resulting from an affiliate's participation in the program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumineva Beauty and Awin from any claims arising from their actions.
11. Changes to the Program
Lumineva Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
