Tirtir UK Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

By joining and participating in the Tirtir UK Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Tirtir UK Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have an active Awin account.
Operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media channel that adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Tirtir UK products in a professional and ethical manner.
Ensure that all promotional materials used to advertise the Tirtir UK brand are accurate and up-to-date.
Only use approved creative assets (banners, links, etc.) provided by Tirtir UK or Awin.
Not make any false or misleading claims about the Tirtir UK products or services.
Not engage in any form of spamming or misleading advertising.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their referral links, as outlined in the program details.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sale value and may be subject to adjustments based on returns, cancellations, or refunds.
Commission payments will be made in accordance with Awin's payment terms.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
Using Tirtir UK trademarks, logos, or brand names in any unauthorized manner, including in domain names, social media handles, or email addresses.
Engaging in click fraud, cookie stuffing, or any other deceptive or fraudulent practices.
Promoting Tirtir UK products in a way that is discriminatory, harmful, or offensive to others.
Using paid search ads (e.g., Google AdWords) to bid on Tirtir UK brand terms without prior written consent.
5. Cookie Duration
The cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals is 30 days. This means that if a customer clicks on your referral link, you will earn a commission if they make a purchase within this period.
6. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates must use the tracking links provided by Awin to ensure proper tracking of sales and commissions. You may not modify, shorten, or alter the links in any way.
7. Payments
Payments for commissions will be processed according to Awin's payment schedule.
Affiliates must provide accurate payment information in their Awin account to receive payments.
Payments will be made via the payment methods supported by Awin.
8. Program Termination
Tirtir UK reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, with notice. Affiliates may also terminate their participation by notifying Tirtir UK or Awin.
9. Indemnity and Liability
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirtir UK and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from the affiliate’s activities or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Tirtir UK reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
