Jispwin Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Jispwin (“Company”, “we”, “us”) Affiliate Marketing Programme (“Programme”). By registering as an Affiliate, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
Operate a website, social media page, or marketing channel that complies with all applicable laws and our content guidelines.
All traffic must be from the UK and any commissions generated with non-UK traffic will be rejected.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at our discretion.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1 Compliance
You agree to:
Promote Company services fairly, accurately, and ethically.
Not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims.
Comply with advertising laws, including disclosure requirements (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links”).
3.2 Use of Affiliate Materials
You may use approved logos, banners, and links (“Marketing Materials”) provided by the Company.
You may not modify Marketing Materials without permission.
If supplying your own content, this must be approved by the company prior to use.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
Use paid search ads bidding on Company trademarks or misspellings.
Engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing.
Use cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any fraudulent behaviour.
Operate websites containing illegal, adult, hateful, or violent content.
4. Affiliate Links
The Company will provide unique tracking links.
You must ensure your links are used correctly so sales can be tracked.
We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by you or your systems.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on sales generated through one-time purchases or subscription payments.
The commission can be earned on repeat sales / renewal of subscription for up to 3 months from date of registration.
A Qualifying Purchase is a sale made through your affiliate link that meets all Programme requirements. If a user already has a Jispwin account, commissions will not be paid.
The commission rate is: 15%
Commission is only paid on completed, non-refunded, non-fraudulent transactions that adhere to all terms and conditions.
Sales will be validated by Jispwin with confirmation that the transaction has been successful.
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with notice.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid in line with Awin terms and conditions.
7. Term & Termination
7.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect from the date of your acceptance. The validation period is 45 days from the date of your acceptance.
7.2 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
7.3 Termination for Cause
The Company may immediately terminate your participation for:
Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Damage to our brand or reputation
After termination:
You must immediately cease using all affiliate links and Marketing Materials.
Any unpaid commissions for fraudulent or disqualified activity will be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property owned by the Company remains our exclusive property.
You are granted a limited, revocable licence to use Marketing Materials solely for the Programme.
9. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information, including commission rates not publicly listed, customer data, or business strategies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for:
Loss of revenue, profits, or data
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of laws
Misuse of Marketing Materials
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
