Program Terms for FashionAddict.uk Affiliate Program
Eligibility:
Affiliates must be 18 years or older to participate in the FashionAddict.uk affiliate program.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding advertising and marketing in their respective regions.
Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is 15% per sale.
Commissions will be tracked and reported through the Awin platform.
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of 500.
Payment Terms:
Payments will be made via Awin’s standard payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
Awin will pay affiliates within [insert number of days, e.g., 30 days] after the end of the month in which the sale is validated.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
Affiliates must promote FashionAddict.uk products in a truthful, accurate, and ethical manner.
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of misleading advertising, spam, or fraudulent activities.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with FashionAddict.uk in any promotional content as required by law.
Prohibited Practices:
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded keywords (e.g., “FashionAddict.uk”) in paid search ads (Google Ads, etc.).
No coupon or discount code websites, cashback sites, or any other similar tactics are allowed without prior approval from FashionAddict.uk.
Tracking and Returns:
Sales are tracked using Awin’s affiliate link system. Affiliates should ensure they use their unique links to track sales correctly.
If a customer returns a product or cancels an order, the affiliate commission will be adjusted accordingly.
Termination:
Either party can terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice to the other party.
If an affiliate violates the program terms, FashionAddict.uk reserves the right to terminate the affiliate’s participation without prior notice.
Changes to Terms:
FashionAddict.uk reserves the right to update or modify the program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes, and continued participation in the program will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Affiliates must adhere to all applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR in the UK and EU) when handling customer information.
FashionAddict.uk will not share personal customer data with affiliates.
Limitation of Liability:
FashionAddict.uk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
Affiliates agree to hold FashionAddict.uk harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their participation in the program.
