Solova Move

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Solova Move Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated through the Awin network. By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following:

1.1 Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Solova Move.
1.2 Solova Move reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
1.3 Affiliates must ensure their promotional methods comply with Awin’s policies and all applicable laws.

2.1 Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through approved Solova Move tracking links provided via Awin.
2.2 Commission rates range from 10% to 20%, and the exact rate assigned to each Affiliate may vary based on:

Audience size and engagement

Content quality

Traffic sources

Overall performance and partnership value

2.3 Commission percentages may be adjusted by Solova Move at any time with notice through Awin.

3.1 A qualifying purchase is defined as a completed transaction made through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link that:

Is fully paid,

Is not canceled, and

Is not returned within the applicable return window.

3.2 Solova Move’s return policy allows customers 30 days for returns. Therefore, commissions are only approved and payable after the 30-day return period has passed, provided the order remains valid and unreturned.

The following DO NOT qualify for commission:

Orders canceled by the customer or Solova Move

Products returned within the 30-day return window

Fraudulent or suspicious orders

Internal purchases or self-referrals

Transactions made without Awin-approved tracking

5.1 Approved commissions will be processed and paid directly via Awin according to their standard payment schedule and methods.
5.2 Solova Move is not responsible for payment delays caused by Awin.
5.3 All commission earnings remain pending until the return period is complete and the transaction is verified.

6.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote Solova Move products in a truthful, ethical manner.
6.2 The Affiliate may not:

Make false claims about products

Engage in misleading or deceptive marketing

Bid on Solova Move trademarks in paid search without prior written approval

Use unauthorized discount codes or promotions
6.3 Content and promotional materials must reflect Solova Move branding accurately and may be reviewed for compliance.

7.1 Affiliates may use Solova Move’s trademarks, images, and approved marketing assets solely for Program-related promotional activity.
7.2 Unauthorized or inappropriate use of intellectual property may result in immediate termination.

8.1 Solova Move reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms

Low-quality or non-compliant traffic

Fraudulent behavior
8.2 Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.

Solova Move may modify these Terms, commission rates, or Program structure at any time. Changes will be communicated via Awin notifications or updates in the platform.

Solova Move will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from participation in the Program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solova Move operates. Any disputes will be handled under that legal framework.
