Dream Home Store reserves the right to withhold commission payments if any unauthorised voucher codes are used in affiliate transactions. Affiliates displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed. Only vouchers officially communicated by the DHS team may be promoted.
If a voucher code has an expiry date, it must be clearly displayed. Codes should be removed or clearly marked as expired after the stated date, unless otherwise instructed. Promotion Restrictions
- Offline PR activities are not allowed. Any press mentions of Dream Home Store require prior approval and sign-off from the DHS team.
- Affiliates who wish to promote Dream Home Store via email marketing must first contact the DHS team for pre-approval.

PPC Terms
- Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on Dream Home Store (DHS) trademarks, brand names, or any variations/misspellings, whether with or without spaces, in any SEM campaigns.
- The terms “Dream Home Store” or “DHS” and all related variations must be added as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns.
- Partners who violate these terms may have some or all pending payouts reversed, along with other penalties, which may include removal from the program.

Website Restrictions
- Affiliates are prohibited from using domains that closely resemble our website or the websites of our industry partners, including any intentional misspellings.
- Cloaking or masking URLs is not permitted.
- Embedding our website in an iframe is strictly prohibited.
- Data scraping from our website is not allowed.
- Affiliates are allowed to incorporate brand terms in directory URLs, such as www.affiliate.com/dreamhomestore.
- Affiliates are not permitted to use brand terms in domain or sub-domain names, such as www.affiliate-dreamhomestore.co.uk

Branding Restrictions
- Partners must ensure that any logos and brand descriptions for Dream Home Store are accurate and up-to-date.
- Alterations to our copyright-protected assets are strictly prohibited.
- Offers displayed on partner sites must be regularly updated and in line with our official terms and conditions.

Cancelled Orders
- Commission cannot be earned for orders that are cancelled, either fully or partially.
- Commission payments will be withheld for 30 days and released only once the order is confirmed as final and not cancelled or refunded.
