Offer Terms & Conditions 

1.     By taking up the Offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the “Terms and Conditions”). 

2.     The Offer entitles you to 2 months free membership of Ding. 

3.     Employees of HomeServe or any of its associated companies are not eligible for the Offer. 

4.     No cash alternative to the Offer will be given. 

5.     Please refer to separate terms and conditions which will apply to your DING Membership. Capitalised words in these Terms and Conditions will be as defined herein or you will find in your DING Membership terms and conditions. 

6.     IMPORTANT: By signing up to the Offer you agree to give your payment details to DING and after the 2 months free Offer period expires Ding will begin to take the standard Membership fee of £5 per month from the payment method you have provided. Once your first payment is taken, you will have a “cooling off period” of 14 days during which you may cancel your Membership and receive a full refund unless you have booked a Job under your Membership. 

7.     HomeServe reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the Offer at any time. 

8.     If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect. 

9.     These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
