Cashback exclusions and terms

 

Exclusions

  • There is a limit of one cashback payment for each policy purchased, and with a limit of one policy per property.
  • HomeServe reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Offer in its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any misrepresentation, abuse of the Offer or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with the Offer.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
  • Our cashback offer (“the Offer”) is valid for new customers only who are eligible for and purchase any relevant products through approved publishers.
  • The Offer is available for the first year of cover only and the Offer is not available for renewing customers who have received cashback in their first year of cover.
  • The cashback will be issued to the policyholder after 6 months of the applicable policy start date.
  • In order to be eligible for cashback, the policy must still be in force 3 months after the policy start date.
  • The Offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  • HomeServe reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time without notice, in each case at the sole discretion of HomeServe. Any decision made by HomeServe in connection with the Offer will be final.
  • Cashback is available for new customers only.
