Sassy Jones Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
- Sassy Jones Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by promoting our products through tracked referral links.
- Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate platform, including social media, websites, blogs, or email lists. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for any reason.
Affiliate Obligations
- Affiliates agree to represent the brand professionally and refrain from any misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or unethical content. Affiliates may not promote competing affiliate links in a misleading manner, nor engage in spam, unauthorized coupon distribution, or false claims.
Approved Marketing Practices
- Affiliates may promote using social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and other organic content. Paid advertising, bidding on branded keywords, impersonating the brand, or using unauthorized discounts is strictly prohibited.
Commission & Payments
- Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique tracking link. Commission rates and payout schedules are defined. Orders canceled, returned, refunded, or unable to be fulfilled due to product sell-outs are not eligible for commission.
Tracking & Attribution
- Sales are tracked using cookies and affiliate-specific referral links. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to browser restrictions, customer device settings, or expired cookies.
Prohibited Conduct
- Affiliates may not:
- Misuse brand images, trademarks, photography, or proprietary content.
- Promote hate, political, or illegal content platforms.
- Engage in fraudulent behavior, self-referrals, or create fake transactions.
- Misrepresent products, pricing, promotions, or availability.
Intellectual Property
- All brand assets remain the exclusive property of the company. Limited use is granted solely for Program participation. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate for any violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the brand. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by written notice.
Program Modifications
- We may update commission rates, rules, or Program structure at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for lost profits, system outages, tracking discrepancies, or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the company operates.
Acceptance of Terms
- Enrollment in the Program confirms that the Affiliate has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
