General Restrictions
- 1- PPC campaigns on any search engine are strictly prohibited.
2- Affiliates MUST NOT bid on, register, or use domains or subdomains that could make users believe they belong to Pastiche Sister Project.
3- Affiliates may not create websites, landing pages, or content that impersonates—or could be confused with—the official Pastiche Sister Project website.
Terms and Conditions
1– Intrusive Advertising:
Affiliates are not allowed to use pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, or any intrusive formats. Cookie stuffing or any technique that forces a tracking cookie onto a user is strictly prohibited.
2– Cashback / Rewards:
Cashback, loyalty, and reward-point traffic is allowed only when sales are tracked in real time and attributed according to standard attribution rules. Invalid, untracked, or manipulated conversions will not be credited.
3– Brand Protection – Domains:
Affiliates may not buy, register, or create domains or subdomains that mislead users into believing the site is owned or operated by Pastiche Sister Project.
4– Brand Protection – Social Media:
Affiliates may not impersonate the brand on social media. All affiliate content must clearly identify the affiliate as the publisher. No profiles, pages, or ads may mimic the brand’s identity, name, or visual elements.
5– Coupon Usage:
Affiliates may ONLY promote coupon codes officially provided by Pastiche Sister Project (or by the affiliate network on our behalf).
Any sales generated using unauthorized coupon codes will be invalid and canceled.
6– Toolbars & Extensions:
Affiliates are not permitted to promote Pastiche Sister Project through browser toolbars, extensions, or plugins unless they have explicit written authorization from the brand.
7– Incentivized Traffic:
Incentivized traffic is permitted only from authorized cashback or loyalty affiliates. Any other incentive-based traffic requires prior written approval.
8– Email Marketing:
Email affiliates must obtain written approval from Pastiche Sister Project before launching any campaigns. All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations.
9– Compliance & Enforcement:
Affiliates violating any of the above terms will be removed from the program, and all pending commissions will be canceled.
