Communication
All partners must provide a valid, regularly monitored email address. We expect affiliates to remain reachable within a reasonable timeframe. Regular communication and collaboration are encouraged to strengthen our partnership and maximize results.
Approval Criteria
Before joining, all partner websites and channels will be reviewed to ensure they align with our brand and meet the following criteria:
Based in the U.S.
Fully functional and user-friendly
Designed to a professional standard
Search engine friendly (no black-hat SEO practices)
Free from offensive, controversial, or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to reject or remove any application or partnership at our discretion, without providing a reason.
Brand Representation
Affiliates must present Semmi in a way that reflects our brand values of innovation, quality, and community.
Please ensure that:
- Imagery and ad copy are accurate and up to date
- Promotions reflect current offers and messaging provided through Awin
- Brand assets are used as provided, without alteration
Paid Search & PPC Policy
Affiliates may not bid on Semmi's brand name, trademarks, or any variations or misspellings — including “Semmi,” “Shop Semmi,” “Get Semmi,” “Semmi wipes,” “The Semmi Set,” etc.
No direct linking to getsemmi.com from paid ads is permitted.
Paid search activity may only target generic, non-branded keywords relevant to wellness, skincare and personal hygiene.
Domain and URL Use
The Semmi name, including variations or misspellings, must not appear in affiliate domain names, subdomains, or URL folders.
Affiliates may not:
Send traffic via automatic redirects
Open the Semmi website within HTML frames
Use Semmi brand terms in cashback, display, or comparison shopping activities without prior written approval
Commission & Payments
Commissions are paid only on validated, genuine transactions without the use of unauthorized voucher codes.
Payments may be adjusted or withheld if orders are later found to be fraudulent, cancelled, or in breach of these terms.
Sales will be de-duplicated against other paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, and email) to ensure accurate attribution.
