Partnership Overview:
Best Parents operates a summer camp booking portal, and the Ambassador wishes to partner with Best Parents to refer families to summer camp opportunities. Best Parents agrees to provide consultation to interested families who book a camp and to handle all communication, booking, payment, and operational aspects of the camps.
Referral Commission and Benefits: Best Parents agrees to pay the Ambassador the following referral commission rates for each family referred by the Ambassador who enrolls in a summer camp through Best Parents:
Ambassador gets 5% commission on net program tuition fees after the completion of the program.
Additional terms:
● Applies to first-time customers only
● No commission on refunds, cancellations, or Ambassador family bookings
Permitted Activities:
● Sharing links with audience
● Discussing summer camps with peers and their parents
● Sharing promotional materials approved by Best Parents
● Using social media without harming brand trustworthiness.
Prohibited Activities:
● Independent business meetings or negotiations
● Creating websites or business accounts without Best Parents approval.
● Engaging in activities that violate platform
Voucher Code Policy
i. Affiliates may only use codes with express permission from the client or account manager.
ii. Invented or made-up discount codes are prohibited.
iii. Discount codes meant for other offers/channels are not allowed.
iv. Publishers are prohibited from using iframes to set cookies on users’ devices.
v. “Click to reveal” voucher code functions are only allowed if a valid code exists for the program.
vi. Publishers must clearly display expiration dates for all codes.
vii. Expired codes can remain for SEO only if clearly marked as expired, using body-sized font and a visible contrasting color.
Note: Affiliates using software applications must comply with the IAB Voucher Code of Conduct.
Use of Social Media
Affiliates must obtain advance approval from the merchant before any social media promotion.
Guidelines:
- Content must not be illegal, violent, offensive, plagiarized, or derogatory.
- Do not use “Affordable Blinds” or misspellings in any domain/sub-domain (e.g., bestparents.com).
- Do not misrepresent yourself as Affordable Blinds.
- No use of third-party accounts without permission.
- Links must be transparent, relevant, and valuable to users.
- Social media handles using variations of the brand name (e.g., witter.com/bestparents.com) are not allowed.
Email Marketing
- Merchant must provide advance permission before affiliates send promotional emails.
- All email creatives must be approved by the merchant prior to being sent.
Distribution of Promotion Material: Best Parents will provide the Ambassador with a unique link for tracking referrals. The Ambassador agrees to share this link in their network. Additionally, Best Parents encourages the Ambassador to share links through social media and personal networks to maximize visibility and reach.
Payment Terms: Commissions are paid within 30 days after successful completion of the program (minimum $100 payout threshold)
