By joining the ATOTO Affiliate Program, you agree to promote ATOTO products using approved marketing practices. These Terms & Conditions outline your responsibilities and the rules governing participation.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on valid purchases completed through their tracking links or codes.
Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and cancellations).
ATOTO reserves the right to adjust the commission rate for promotional periods or specific campaigns.
3. Cookie Duration
Standard cookie window: 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
4. Valid Transactions
Commissions are paid only on:
Completed and fully paid orders
Orders not refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent
Orders attributed correctly through Awin tracking
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Bidding on ATOTO brand terms or misspellings in paid search
Using unauthorized coupons or creating self-issued discount codes
Misrepresenting ATOTO products or making false claims
Using spam, email abuse, or misleading advertising
Self-purchases or using affiliate links to obtain personal discounts
6. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may only use approved creatives, product descriptions, and pricing information.
Use of ATOTO’s logo, trademarks, and images must follow brand guidelines.
Affiliates must remove outdated promotions when campaigns end.
7. Payout & Approval
Commissions are processed through Awin according to their payment schedule.
ATOTO reserves the right to decline transactions that violate program rules or appear fraudulent.
8. Product Returns & Adjustments
If a customer refunds or cancels an order, ATOTO may reverse or modify previously issued commissions.
9. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all:
Awin network policies
Local advertising laws
FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links.”)
10. Program Termination
ATOTO may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms, misuse of promotional materials, or harmful behavior toward the brand.
11. Modification of Terms
ATOTO reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
