Blow Tissues Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern your participation in the Blow Tissues affiliate program on Awin. By applying and/or participating, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program overview
The Blow Tissues Affiliate Program rewards approved partners for referring new customers to Blow Tissues via tracked Awin links.
Blow Tissues is a refillable facial tissue system: a reusable acrylic box paired with ultra soft 5-ply bamboo refills. The brand is eco alternative (bamboo, not virgin tree pulp), PFAS free, women owned, and donates 2% of every order to U.S. classrooms via DonorsChoose.
2. Eligibility & approval
You must be at least 18 years old.
Your site(s), social channels, and content must comply with applicable laws and Awin policies.
We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
We may remove affiliates whose content includes hate, harassment, illegal activity, or conflicts with Blow Tissues brand values.
3. Commission structure
Standard commission: 20% on the customer’s initial purchase only.
The initial purchase is defined as the first order placed via your Awin tracking link, including any products purchased in that same transaction (for example, the Starter Kit and any refills added to that checkout).
Subscription renewals, future refill orders, and any subsequent purchases by the same customer are not commissionable.
Commission is calculated on net sales: order subtotal only, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
Commission on refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or chargebacked orders may be reversed.
Any special rates, private offers, or partner-specific deals will be agreed separately and managed via Awin where applicable.
4. Tracking & attribution
Sales are tracked via Awin links and cookies according to Awin’s standard tracking rules.
Orders are attributed to the last valid Awin click within Awin’s tracking window.
We are not responsible for lost tracking due to users disabling cookies, ad blockers, or other technical limitations outside our control.
5. Promotion guidelines (what you can do)
You may:
Promote Blow Tissues on your own website, blog, email list, and social channels.
Create honest reviews, tutorials, and product recommendations reflecting your real experience.
Use Awin-hosted links and approved creative assets.
6. Prohibited activities (what you cannot do)
You may not:
Misrepresent Blow Tissues, our products, pricing, or your relationship with us.
Present yourself as Blow Tissues, an employee, or an official representative.
Bid on Blow Tissues branded terms (including “Blow Tissues”, “Blow Tissue”, close misspellings, or domain variations) in paid search or shopping ads without written approval.
Use coupon / voucher / incentive / cashback sites, browser extensions, or toolbars without our prior written consent.
Use spam tactics, including unsolicited email, DMs, comments, or messages containing your affiliate links.
Use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, misleading redirects, or any method that drops cookies without an intentional user click.
Use your own affiliate links to earn commission on your personal or employee orders unless expressly authorized.
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commission and/or remove you from the program if we believe these rules have been breached.
7. Brand & creative usage
You may use Blow Tissues logos, product images, and approved creative made available via Awin solely to promote Blow Tissues.
You may not alter or recreate our logo or branding in a way that confuses customers.
You may not use “Blow Tissues” or confusingly similar wording in your own business name, URL, or social handle without written permission.
8. Compliance & disclosure
You must comply with all applicable advertising, data protection, and consumer laws in your region.
You must follow FTC and other relevant guidelines for influencer and affiliate disclosures, clearly stating that you may earn commission (e.g. “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or an equivalent clear disclosure).
You are responsible for any taxes due on your affiliate earnings.
9. Termination
You may leave the program at any time by closing or pausing your participation in Awin.
Blow Tissues may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these terms or Awin policies.
Upon termination, you must stop promoting Blow Tissues using affiliate links and remove our creatives from your channels.
Valid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in line with Awin’s normal payment schedule, subject to our usual verification and adjustments for refunds or fraud.
10. Changes to the program
We may update these terms, commission rates, or program structure from time to time.
For material changes, we will notify publishers via the Awin Communication Centre with at least 7 days’ notice before changes take effect.
Continued participation in the program after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
