1. Overview
By joining the Crystals & Co. Affiliate Programme (“the Programme”), affiliates (“Partners”) agree to promote our products in line with these Terms & Conditions. Crystals & Co. (“the Advertiser”, “we”, “us”) reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility
We welcome Partners who promote fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery content in a professional and brand-safe environment.
Sites or content that include illegal, offensive, political, or adult material will not be accepted.
We may remove any Partner who does not comply with these standards.
3. Use of Creative Materials
Partners may only use approved images, logos, and links provided within the Awin platform.
Assets must not be edited, altered, or used in ways that misrepresent the Crystals & Co. brand.
On request, Partners must remove or update old or expired content or materials.
4. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Crystals & Co. does not permit affiliates to run any paid search (PPC) advertising.
Partners must not bid on or use the Crystals & Co. brand name, misspellings, or related keywords in any form of paid advertising.
Commission will not be paid on sales generated via PPC or other paid search activity.
5. Content & Promotion
The Programme is intended for content creators, influencers, and publishers who promote Crystals & Co. organically through channels such as LTK, ShopStyle, blogs, or social media.
Partners should represent the brand in a positive, authentic way and follow all applicable advertising and disclosure laws (e.g. marking affiliate links as ads or commissions where required).
6. Voucher Codes
Only official voucher codes or promotions issued directly by Crystals & Co. may be shared.
Use of expired or unapproved discount codes will result in commissions being declined.
7. Commission
Commission is paid on valid, approved sales tracked via Awin using a qualifying affiliate link.
Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.
Awin’s tracking and validation data is final in determining payable commission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any Partner from the Programme at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, policy breaches, or misleading promotion.
