Peptest Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions (v1.0)
1. Programme Overview
The Peptest affiliate programme is managed by RD Biomed Ltd. Affiliates may promote Peptest via approved educational content and earn commission on validated online sales.
2. Commission Structure
Standard commission: 20 %
Premium commission: 25 % (by invitation)
Validation window: 30 days
3. Payment
Commissions are approved once the 30-day validation period has elapsed and the customer order has not been cancelled or refunded.
4. Content & Compliance
Affiliates must use approved Peptest branding and avoid any language implying diagnosis, cure, or treatment.
Permitted phrasing: “Tests for reflux markers (pepsin) in saliva.”
All advertising must comply with UK ASA and MHRA guidance for health-related promotions.
5. PPC & Paid Media
No direct bidding on the “Peptest” brand or misspellings. Use of paid ads for educational blogs or reviews is allowed with clear disclosure (#Ad / #AffiliateLink).
6. Trademark & Brand Use
Logos and materials are provided for affiliate use only. Modification or medical claims void participation.
7. Termination
RD Biomed Ltd. reserves the right to terminate participation for non-compliance or misleading marketing.
