DaisyFace Skincare – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the DaisyFace Skincare Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program operated through Awin. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Participation
To join the DaisyFace Skincare affiliate program, you must apply through Awin. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Applications may be rejected if they contain inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
2. Commissions
Commissions are earned on valid sales generated through your unique Awin tracking links. All commission rates, tracking methods, and payment schedules are managed and processed by Awin in accordance with their platform terms. DaisyFace Skincare is not responsible for payment delays or tracking issues handled by Awin.
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote DaisyFace Skincare through approved digital channels including websites, blogs, and social media.
You agree not to:
Use false or misleading claims about our products.
- Engage in spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising.
- Bid on DaisyFace Skincare branded keywords or domain names.
- Imply any partnership, employment, or ownership relationship with DaisyFace Skincare.
4. Intellectual Property
You may use DaisyFace Skincare logos, images, and marketing materials provided through Awin solely for promoting our products. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of DaisyFace Skincare. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, Awin’s terms, or engage in unethical or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred.
6. Limitation of Liability
DaisyFace Skincare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Commission tracking, payments, and performance reporting are governed by Awin’s systems and terms.
7. Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
