By joining, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission & PaymentAffiliates earn a default commission of 8% on all valid sales made through their AWIN tracking links.
Commission is calculated on the final sale amount excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, and returns.
Payments are processed according to AWIN’s standard UK payment schedule once sales are approved.
2. Cookie DurationThe programme uses a 30-day cookie window, crediting affiliates for any eligible sale completed within 30 days of the referral click.
3. PPC & Brand Bidding RestrictionsAffiliates may not:
Bid on keywords containing “Neutonic” or variations such as “Neutonic Drink”, “Neutonic Focus”, etc.
Use automated bidding tools that target restricted brand keywords.
Create PPC campaigns or landing pages that compete with Neutonic’s own paid advertising.
Run misleading PPC ads suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by Neutonic where none exists.
Violations may result in suspension, removal from the programme, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Prohibited Marketing MethodsNo spam or unsolicited email marketing.
No misleading, exaggerated, or false claims about Neutonic products.
Coupon, voucher, or cashback sites require prior approval.
No unauthorised discounts, codes, or promotional claims.
5. Creative Assets & BrandingOnly approved creatives supplied by Neutonic or available directly through AWIN may be used.
Logos, banners, images, and brand materials must not be altered without written permission.
Affiliates must follow Neutonic’s brand guidelines and maintain a professional presentation.
6. Geographic TargetingThe programme primarily targets customers in the United Kingdom.
Affiliates promoting outside the UK must ensure compliance with local laws, advertising regulations, and applicable AWIN policies.
Claims must follow UK advertising standards (ASA/CAP guidelines).
7. Fraudulent or Invalid TransactionsThe following are strictly prohibited:
Fake orders
Self-referrals
Artificial or bot-generated traffic
Click fraud or cookie stuffing
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and lost commissions.
8. Content GuidelinesContent must be aligned with Neutonic’s brand values: professional, performance-driven, wellness-focused.
Affiliates may not make unsupported medical or therapeutic claims.
All health-related statements must comply with UK advertising laws.
9. Programme ManagementNeutonic may update or modify the programme, commission rates, or Terms & Conditions at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of major updates through AWIN programme announcements.
10. Approval & TerminationAffiliate participation is subject to approval by Neutonic.
Breaches of the Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
