Thank you for your interest in joining the Damastíque Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) in the Program operated by Damastíque, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By applying and participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

To join the Program, you must submit an application through our approved affiliate platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Affiliates must have an established online presence and demonstrate brand alignment with Damastíque’s values: conscious, transparent, and rooted.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique referral link.

Commissions are calculated based on the product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).

Payments are processed monthly, typically 30 days after the end of each month, via the affiliate portal.

Commissions are only paid for completed, non-returned, non-fraudulent orders.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate sales are tracked using cookies and link-based tracking.

Our standard attribution window is 30 days.

If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-click attribution model applies.

Affiliates must not manipulate tracking codes, use misleading redirects, or engage in cookie-stuffing.

4. Brand Representation

Affiliates are trusted extensions of the Damastíque brand. You agree to:

Accurately represent Damastíque products and brand values.

Avoid false, exaggerated, or misleading claims.

Comply with FTC endorsement guidelines, disclosing all partnerships clearly (e.g., “I earn a commission from Damastíque for purchases made through my link”).

Use only approved product images and brand assets provided by Damastíque or available on our media kit.

We reserve the right to request edits or removal of content that misrepresents the brand or violates compliance standards.

5. Payout Terms

Payments will be issued electronically through our affiliate dashboard or payment processor.

Minimum payout threshold: $50

Unpaid commissions roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable tax reporting on earned commissions.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Run paid ads using Damastíque’s trademarks, brand name, or misspellings.

Use coupon or discount websites, unless expressly approved.

Offer unauthorized discounts or resell products.

Engage in spam tactics, misleading traffic, or unethical marketing practices.

Portray Damastíque or its products in a negative, defamatory, or misleading way.

Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Program Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your platforms.

Any unpaid, approved commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

8. Intellectual Property

All Damastíque trademarks, product names, logos, and imagery are owned by Damastíque, LLC. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for promoting Damastíque products under this Program.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

Damastíque makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program or its products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost revenue, data, or goodwill) arising from participation in the Program.

Affiliates participate at their own discretion and are independent contractors — not employees or representatives of Damastíque.

10. Modifications

Damastíque reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this Program or its terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the affiliate portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
