Affiliate Marketing Policy
Purpose: This Affiliate Marketing Policy outlines the rules and guidelines affiliates must follow when promoting our products or services. Specifically, it addresses restrictions on unauthorised discount codes and bidding on brand keywords to ensure compliance, protect brand integrity, and maintain fairness across all marketing channels.
This policy applies to all affiliates participating in the Allens of Kingsbury affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms in addition to the overarching Awin Program Agreement.
Prohibited Actions
Unauthorised Discount/Voucher Codes:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting or distributing any discount/voucher codes that have not been explicitly assigned to them or approved by Allens of Kingsbury.
Using discount/voucher codes obtained from unauthorised sources, including other affiliates, customers, or promotional campaigns not intended for affiliate use, is not permitted.
Only discount/voucher codes available on the Awin platform are allowed. Any order placed using a discount or voucher code that is not provided or listed on the Awin platform will be considered ineligible for commission.
Bidding on Brand Keywords:
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Allens of Kingsbury's brand keywords or URLs (including misspellings), including but not limited to the company name, product names, or variations thereof, in any paid search engine marketing campaigns.
Affiliates may not use Case Luggage's trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary terms in ad copy, URLs, or display URLs.
This restriction applies to all search engines, social media platforms, and other digital advertising networks.
False Representation:
Affiliates must not claim that unauthorised discount/voucher codes are valid or endorsed by Allens of Kingsbury.
Misleading consumers about the validity of discount codes or brand affiliations is a breach of this policy and the Affiliate Program Agreement.
Automated Tools:
Affiliates may not use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to scrape or generate discount codes from Allens of Kingsbury's website or other platforms.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must use only the discount codes provided directly by Allens of Kingsbury through the Awin dashboard.
Affiliates are required to verify the validity of any discount codes before promotion.
Affiliates must avoid bidding on brand keywords or engaging in paid campaigns that infringe on Allens of Kingsbury's intellectual property.
Affiliates should report any unauthorised discount codes, misuse, or keyword bidding violations they encounter to Allens of Kingsbury.
Enforcement and Consequences: Violation of this policy may result in the following actions:
Warning: A formal warning will be issued for minor infractions.
Suspension: Repeated violations or significant breaches may result in temporary suspension of affiliate privileges.
Termination: Persistent non-compliance or severe violations, such as fraud or deliberate misuse, will result in permanent removal from the affiliate program.
Forfeiture of Earnings: Any commissions earned through the use of unauthorised discount codes or brand keyword bidding will be forfeited.
Monitoring and Auditing
Allens of Kingsbury reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with this policy. Periodic audits may be conducted to verify the appropriate use of discount codes and adherence to keyword bidding restrictions.
Acknowledgement and Agreement
By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Affiliate Marketing Policy. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in action as outlined above.
