3RVie USA Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
Welcome to the 3RVie USA Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fair collaboration, brand consistency, and compliance with applicable marketing and advertising regulations.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the 3RVie USA Affiliate Program is open to individuals, influencers, and companies that align with our brand values and audience. 3RVie USA reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.
3. Commission and Payment
Affiliates will earn commissions based on valid sales generated through their unique Awin tracking links.
Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
Payments are processed by Awin in accordance with their standard payment schedules.
Any fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded orders will not be eligible for commission.
4. Tracking and Attribution
All sales must be tracked through the Awin platform to qualify for commission.
Direct linking or cookie stuffing is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their tracking links function correctly.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote 3RVie USA through social media, blogs, websites, and other approved channels.
Use of our brand assets (logos, product images, and trademarks) must comply with brand guidelines and must not be altered or misrepresented.
Content must be original, respectful, and compliant with FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate promotions.
6. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
3RVie USA does not permit affiliates to run any PPC or paid search activity using our brand name, domain, or variations thereof (including misspellings).
Direct linking to 3rvie.com from search engines is prohibited.
Affiliates may not use “3RVie”, “3RVie USA”, or related terms in ad titles, descriptions, display URLs, or keywords.
Bidding on brand-related terms is strictly forbidden.
Affiliates who include our brand name as a negative keyword are fully eligible to earn commissions on other approved promotional activities.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Content Restrictions
Affiliates may not promote 3RVie USA on sites or media that include:
Hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
Adult, gambling, or illegal content.
Misleading claims or counterfeit product promotions.
Violations of these rules will result in termination of the partnership.
8. Brand Protection
Affiliates must not represent themselves as official agents or resellers of 3RVie USA.
All content must make it clear that the affiliate is an independent promoter.
Unauthorized use of 3RVie USA’s intellectual property or trademarks will result in termination and potential legal action.
9. Communication and Updates
3RVie USA may communicate with affiliates via email or through the Awin platform regarding updates, promotions, or policy changes. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing updates to remain compliant.
10. Termination
3RVie USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, if these terms are violated or at the company’s sole discretion.
Upon termination, no further commissions will accrue.
11. Limitation of Liability
3RVie USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.
Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Broward County, Florida, USA.
Any disputes arising under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that county.
