TOMI Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
General Promotion Rules
PPC campaigns using the TOMI brand name or variations of the brand name are strictly prohibited on any search engine (including Google, Bing, or similar platforms).
Affiliates must not register, purchase, or use domain names or subdomains that may lead users to believe the site is an official TOMI website.
Affiliates may not create websites or landing pages that impersonate, replicate, or mimic the TOMI website or brand identity.
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent promoters of TOMI and must not misrepresent themselves as the brand.
Traffic & Promotional Methods
Affiliates are not allowed to use pop-ups, pop-unders, or other formats deemed intrusive, nor may they use cookie stuffing techniques or methods that force affiliate cookies into a user’s browser without explicit user action.
Affiliates may not use browser extensions, toolbars, adware, or similar technologies that inject or overwrite affiliate tracking cookies without clear user action and prior written authorization from TOMI.
Affiliates may not promote TOMI on websites or platforms containing illegal, adult, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Coupon & Promotion Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes or promotional offers that are distributed directly by TOMI through the affiliate program.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote unauthorized, expired, scraped, or third-party coupon codes.
TOMI reserves the right to cancel or decline commissions generated through the promotion of unauthorized coupon codes.
Paid Search Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on TOMI brand keywords or variations thereof in paid search campaigns.
Affiliates may not direct link to the TOMI website through paid search advertisements.
Incentivized Traffic
Incentivized traffic is allowed only from approved cashback, loyalty, or rewards affiliates.
Cashback, reward points, or similar incentives will only be credited if the transaction is generated and tracked in real time and attributed according to program attribution rules.
Email & Toolbar Promotion
Email marketing promotions require prior approval from TOMI.
Affiliates may not promote TOMI through toolbars or similar software unless they have received direct written authorization from TOMI.
Subscription Orders
Commission applies to the first completed purchase made through an affiliate referral.
Recurring subscription renewals, automatic rebills, and subsequent subscription charges are excluded from commission eligibility.
TOMI reserves the right to decline commission on subscription renewal transactions or orders identified as automated rebilling events.
Compliance
Affiliates violating these terms and conditions may be removed from the affiliate program and associated commissions may be rejected or reversed.
Commission Validation
TOMI reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reverse commissions for transactions that are returned, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be invalid.
Program terms subject to change
TOMI reserves the right to modify or update the affiliate program terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
