1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Serafim Affiliate Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Serafim Technologies Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing through an affiliate’s referral link or entering a partner discount code, you (“the Participant,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

The Campaign allows participants to enjoy special pricing or exclusive offers when purchasing eligible Serafim products through approved affiliate partners.

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
To qualify for the discount or reward:

The purchase must be made through an authorized affiliate referral link or by entering a valid partner discount code.

Each discount code may be limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise specified.

The Campaign is valid only for purchases made on Serafim’s official websites or other platforms explicitly designated by Serafim Technologies Inc.

Employees, resellers, and distributors of Serafim Technologies Inc. are not eligible to participate in the consumer offer portion of this Campaign.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run for a limited time as stated on the official promotion page or affiliate communication.
Serafim Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4. Discount and Code Usage

Discount codes and referral links are non-transferable and may not be resold, duplicated, or shared on unauthorized platforms.

Discounts are not redeemable for cash and may not be combined with other promotions, coupons, or store credits unless explicitly stated.

The discount applies only to qualifying items purchased directly from Serafim’s designated online store(s).

If a product is returned or refunded, any associated affiliate reward or referral benefit will be revoked.

5. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

All purchases made through this Campaign are subject to Serafim’s standard Order and Refund Policy.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent:

The customer will no longer qualify for the Campaign’s benefits; and

Any issued affiliate commission or credit related to that order will be reversed.

6. Affiliate Tracking and Rewards

Affiliate tracking is managed through unique referral links or discount codes assigned to approved partners.
Cookies or similar tracking technologies may be used to validate referrals.
Serafim Technologies Inc. is not responsible for:

Referral sales not properly tracked due to browser settings, cookie blocking, or user error;

Lost tracking data caused by third-party interference.

7. Data Privacy

All data collected through the Campaign—including order information, referral activity, and email addresses—will be processed in accordance with Serafim’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Information will only be used for campaign validation, communication, and reward administration purposes.

8. Misuse and Fraud

Serafim reserves the right to disqualify any participant or affiliate who is suspected of:

Using automated tools, fake accounts, or deceptive practices;

Sharing codes on coupon aggregator sites without authorization;

Violating these Terms in any way.

In such cases, Serafim may cancel the related orders and revoke any benefits obtained.

9. Limitation of Liability

Serafim Technologies Inc. will not be held liable for:

Any technical failures, website downtime, or system errors that prevent participation;

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Campaign.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serafim’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the promotional discount applied.

10. Modifications and Termination

Serafim Technologies Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or these Terms at its sole discretion and without notice.
Any updates will be published on the official Serafim website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
In case of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
