Welcome to the TheBulkClean.com Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”) promoting TheBulkClean.com (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with all Terms listed below.

Affiliates earn a 4% commission on qualifying net sales generated through their unique tracking links.

Commissions are calculated on the final order subtotal after discounts, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraud reviews.

No commission is paid on taxes, shipping fees, or non-commissionable items as determined by the Company.

Commissions are paid through AWIN’s payment system according to AWIN’s payout schedule.

A commission is considered earned only after the order is fully processed, delivered, and outside the return window.

Reversed or refunded transactions will result in commission reversals.

Affiliates may promote using:

Websites, blogs, and online media

Email newsletters (CAN-SPAM compliant)

Social media posts

Paid ads only if compliant with Section 4 below

Deal/coupon sites (only approved coupon codes may be promoted)

All promotions must accurately represent TheBulkClean.com and must not mislead customers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Trademark bidding on our brand terms, including:
“TheBulkClean,” “The Bulk Clean,” “TheBulkClean.com,” or variations/misspellings.

Direct linking from PPC ads to TheBulkClean.com (bridge pages allowed if compliant with policy).

Misrepresentation of prices, discounts, or product details.

Use of unauthorized coupon codes.

Any form of spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent activity.

Running ads that impersonate TheBulkClean.com or its brand identity.

Use of ad copy suggesting affiliation beyond the scope of this program.

Violations may result in immediate removal, withholding of commissions, and reversal of sales.

Affiliates may not publish:

Illegal or infringing content

Hate speech, adult content, or content harmful to minors

False or unsubstantiated claims about products

Any material that harms or undermines the Company’s reputation

We reserve the right to request removal of content at any time.

Only use images, banners, product information, and copy provided by TheBulkClean.com or AWIN.

Unauthorized modification of official creative assets is not permitted unless approved in writing.

TheBulkClean.com reserves the right to:

Change commission rates

Add or remove commission exclusions

Update these Terms at any time

Terminate the Program with reasonable notice

Changes will be updated on the AWIN terms page.

We may terminate your participation if:

You violate these Terms

You engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity

Your website or promotional methods become incompatible with our brand or compliance standards

You may terminate participation at any time via your AWIN dashboard.

TheBulkClean.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including revenue loss or technical issues arising from tracking or platform downtime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By participating in TheBulkClean.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms listed above.
