Program Terms:
By joining the Vintage Frames Company affiliate program, you agree to promote our products in a way that aligns with our brand values and policies.
Commission Structure
Commission is paid on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, and service fees).
No commission is paid on canceled, returned, fraudulent, or duplicate orders.
Certain product categories such as shipping insurance or product protection are excluded from commission.
Paid Search and PPC
PPC activity and brand bidding are not permitted without prior written approval.
Use of the Vintage Frames Company brand name, trademarks, or URL variations in ad copy, keywords, or display URLs is prohibited.
Affiliates may not compete with Vintage Frames Company on search engine listings.
Creative and Content Use
Only approved creative assets may be used.
Content must accurately represent the brand and may not include false or misleading claims.
Vintage Frames Company reserves the right to request removal of any unapproved or noncompliant content.
Tracking and Attribution
Conversions are tracked via AWIN’s last-click attribution model.
Affiliate sales are de-duplicated against other paid channels, including Meta and Google Ads.
Additional Terms
Commissions are subject to approval after validation of completed orders.
Vintage Frames Company reserves the right to modify program terms or commission rates at any time with notice.
Affiliates found in breach of these terms may be suspended or removed from the program without payment of pending commissions.
