1. Program Overview
The Arrtle.com Affiliate Program on Awin allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to promote Arrtle.com and earn commissions on tracked and validated purchases. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Affiliate Approval
Arrtle.com reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion. Sites containing illegal, hateful, misleading, or inappropriate content will not be accepted. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and Awin policies.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions are paid on net, validated, and tracked sales. Rates may vary by product category, publisher type, or promotional period and are displayed in the Awin interface. No commission is paid for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or untracked orders. Arrtle.com reserves the right to amend commission rates at any time.
4. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via Awin’s technology. Cookie duration and attribution models follow the settings shown in the Awin interface. Arrtle.com is not responsible for untracked transactions caused by browser restrictions, user settings, or ad blockers.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
Bidding on brand terms or variants, including “Arrtle” and “Arrtle.com,” in paid search campaigns. This includes exact match, phrase match, broad match, and misspellings of Arrtle brand terms.
Using Arrtle brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, or search ads.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, pop-ups, or any fraudulent activity.
Using unauthorized, expired, or fabricated coupon codes.
Misleading claims, inaccurate content, or unapproved promotion methods.
Sending unsolicited email or any email marketing without proper opt-in consent.
6. Allowed & Restricted Traffic Sources
Allowed: content sites, blogs, social media, approved price comparison sites, and selected cashback or loyalty partners, subject to approval and programme terms.
Cashback and loyalty partners may be restricted, declined, or commissioned differently based on Arrtle.com’s partnership strategy and campaign objectives.
Not allowed: adult, gambling, or illegal-content sites; adware, toolbars, incentivized installations; and any traffic sources that violate Awin policies.
7. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use only the creatives provided in Awin. Any use of the Arrtle.com name, trademarks, product images, or content outside of these materials requires prior written approval. Affiliates must provide accurate descriptions and avoid false claims.
8. Coupon Policy
Only coupon codes officially provided by Arrtle.com or listed in the Awin interface may be promoted. Unauthorized or expired coupons will result in commission rejection.
9. Order Validation & Payments
Orders are validated in line with Arrtle.com’s auto-validation settings and return policy, based on cancellations, returns, fraud checks, and tracking accuracy. Payments are made exclusively through Awin in accordance with its payout schedule. Arrtle.com may adjust or decline commissions that do not meet program criteria.
10. Program Modification & Termination
Arrtle.com may modify or terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice. Affiliates violating these terms or engaging in suspicious activity may be suspended or removed without prior notice. Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period in line with Awin’s standard advertiser agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Arrtle.com is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, tracking issues outside its control, or technical failures on the affiliate’s site. Affiliates agree to indemnify Arrtle.com against claims related to their promotional practices or violations of these terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Arrtle.com Affiliate Program on Awin, affiliates confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these General Program Terms.
