REYÈM Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
These terms outline the rules and expectations for affiliates participating in the REYÈM Affiliate Program through the AWIN network. By joining the program, you agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. General Conduct
Affiliates must represent REYÈM in a professional and authentic way consistent with our brand values.
Any activity that misleads users or misrepresents REYÈM is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not use adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content to promote REYÈM.
2. PPC & Search Marketing
Affiliates are not permitted to run PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on any search engine that bid on REYÈM brand terms or close variations (e.g. “REYEM,” “REYEM Amsterdam,” “REYEM Clothing”).
Affiliates must not use REYÈM brand terms in ad titles, display URLs, subdomains, or subfolders (e.g. www.yoursite.com/reyem or reyem.yoursite.com).
Direct linking from PPC ads to the REYÈM website is not allowed.
Any affiliate found violating these terms will be removed from the program and commissions will be voided.
3. Domains & Impersonation
Affiliates must not register, buy, or use any domain or social handle that may cause users to believe it is operated by REYÈM.
Affiliates may not create websites, landing pages, or social profiles that impersonate REYÈM or use our brand name or logo without written approval.
4. Promotional Methods
Affiliates are not permitted to use pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, automatic redirects, or cookie stuffing techniques.
Email marketing activity must be pre-approved by REYÈM before distribution.
Affiliates may not alter REYÈM creative assets, banners, or text links without approval.
Affiliates may only promote official discount or coupon codes provided directly by REYÈM or through the AWIN platform. Unauthorised or fabricated codes will result in cancellation of commissions.
5. Incentivised & Cashback Traffic
Incentivised traffic is only allowed from verified cashback, loyalty, or reward affiliates within AWIN.
Affiliates offering incentives must ensure full transparency to users about how rewards are earned.
6. Content & Brand Representation
Affiliates must not use misleading or false claims about REYÈM products or promotions.
Any use of REYÈM imagery, video, or copy must maintain brand integrity and not be altered in a way that misrepresents our products.
Affiliates must ensure content aligns with our brand’s tone: modern, minimal, confident, and authentic.
7. Commissions & Tracking
Commissions will be validated only for genuine, tracked sales attributed through AWIN’s system.
The program operates a 30-day cookie window.
Sales generated through unauthorised marketing methods or policy violations will be declined.
8. Fraud & Compliance
Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake leads, use of bots, or artificial clicks) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
REYÈM reserves the right to review affiliate activity and withhold or reverse commissions for any non-compliant behaviour.
9. Communication & Updates
REYÈM reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via AWIN at least 30 days prior to implementation.
