✅ Winslet’s Patterns – Affiliate Program Terms
Commission:
• 25% commission on all validated sales
• Commission applies to: all sewing patterns, bundles, digital guides, Gold Membership, and upsell offers
• No commission on refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions
Cookie Duration:
• 30-day cookie window
• Last-click attribution applies
• If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent valid click receives the commission
Validation Period:
• Transactions are validated within 30 days of purchase
• Commission becomes “payable” after the validation period concludes
Allowed Promotional Methods:
Affiliates may promote Winslet’s through:
• Blogs, websites, and sewing/fashion DIY content
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook
• Newsletters and email lists (no spam or purchased lists)
• Sewing tutorials, reviews, pattern hauls, and roundups
• Paid ads only if they do not target brand terms (see below)
Restricted Promotional Methods:
To protect brand integrity, please avoid:
• Bidding on brand keywords ("Winslet’s", “Winslets Patterns”, “Winslets sewing patterns”, etc.)
• Domain squatting or registering domains resembling Winslet’s
• Fake coupons or unapproved coupon aggregator sites
• Misleading claims or impersonation of the brand
• Direct linking in paid ads (PPC is allowed only to your own landing pages)
Discount Codes:
• Only your assigned code should be promoted (no self-created codes)
• Abuse or coupon misuse may result in removal from the program
Content & Branding Requirements:
• Only use approved logos, photos, and assets provided in the affiliate library
• Content should be honest, accurate, and represent the product fairly
• Edits to sewing or fit descriptions should not misrepresent the pattern
Free Patterns for Creators:
• Affiliate partners may request free sewing patterns for tutorials, reviews, reels, or YouTube content
• Limit: up to 2 patterns per month for active affiliates
• Additional patterns may be provided based on performance
Geographic Restrictions:
• Program is open globally
• Prices are listed in USD; commissions are paid through AWIN in your chosen currency
Prohibited Activities:
• Cookie stuffing
• Toolbar or browser extension placement
• Fake traffic, bots, or incentivized clicks
• Reselling or redistributing our digital patterns
Termination Policy:
We reserve the right to pause or terminate affiliates who engage in:
• Fraudulent behavior
• Misrepresentation of Winslet’s
• Violation of AWIN or Winslet’s terms
• Extremely low-quality or harmful content
Support & Communication:
• Affiliates receive access to our support team (Jess & Katie)
• Monthly updates: new patterns, promotions, trending products
• Priority support for top-performing affiliates
• Early access to new launches and seasonal campaigns
