Bella Maison Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the Bella Maison Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Tracking & Commission
- Commissions are paid on valid online sales tracked through affiliate links.
- Commission is calculated on the net sale value, excluding VAT/sales tax, delivery, and service fees.
- The standard validation period is 30–45 days to account for returns or cancellations.
Brand Usage & PPC Policy
- Affiliates may not bid on Bella Maison brand terms, domain variations, or misspellings in any paid search campaigns.
- The use of the Bella Maison name in ad copy, display URLs, or meta descriptions is prohibited.
- Only pre-approved partners may run PPC activity using generic or non-brand keywords.
Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote active offers only. Expired or misleading promotions are not permitted.
- All creatives, copy, and imagery must align with Bella Maison’s brand guidelines.
- Coupon and cashback affiliates must ensure transparent and accurate representation of savings.
Commission Exclusions
- No commission is paid on orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or unfulfilled.
- Non-commissionable items include gift cards and heavily discounted outlet products.
- Duplicate or self-referral transactions will be declined.
Partnership Standards
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, CAN-SPAM, and FTC disclosure regulations.
- Bella Maison reserves the right to remove any affiliate found to be in breach of program terms.
- Program terms may be updated at any time with notice via the affiliate network.
