To maintain brand integrity, affiliates must follow these promotional standards:
- Use only approved Wamsutta brand assets, images, and copy found in the AWIN asset library or provided directly.
- Do not create coupon, discount, or deal-specific pages unless an active, approved offer is provided by Wamsutta.
- Use of unauthorized coupon codes is strictly prohibited and may result in commission reversal.
- All written content must accurately represent Wamsutta product features and benefits.
- Price mentions must be current and correct at the time of posting.
Traffic & Channel Restrictions
The following traffic types are not permitted without explicit written approval:
- Paid search on brand terms, variations, or misspellings (e.g., “Wamsutta,” “Wamsutta sheets”).
- Direct linking from PPC ads to Wamsutta.com.
- Incentivized traffic (cashback, rewards, loyalty) unless pre-approved.
- Toolbar or browser extension partners that auto-apply coupons.
- Email marketing campaigns that do not comply with CAN-SPAM and must be pre-approved if referencing Wamsutta.
- Unauthorized remarketing or retargeting campaigns.
The following traffic types are encouraged:
- Content creators, bloggers, editorial, high-intent lifestyle placements
- Social media influencers and creators
- Review, comparison, and product-roundup content
Geographic Restrictions
- Program is open to partners targeting the United States.
- Wamsutta does not ship internationally. International promotion requires additional approval.
Brand Safety Requirements
Affiliates may not place Wamsutta links or branding next to:
- Adult, hate, violence, extremist, or other unsafe content
- Political advocacy content
- Illegal or unethical activities
Monitoring & Compliance
Wamsutta reserves the right to:
- Review and request edits to affiliate content
- Reverse commissions for non-compliant traffic or promotions
- Remove affiliates from the program who violate terms
Affiliates must maintain their sites, social channels, and promotional practices in compliance with FTC disclosure requirements and AWIN’s publisher policies.
