Program Terms

1. Brand Name Usage

  • Always write the brand as USIMS (all caps).
  • When referring to the product, write “USIMS eSIM” or “eSIM” — do not use “ESIM”, “e-SIM”, or other variations.
  • Do not abbreviate, alter, or create variations of the brand name.

2. Logo Usage

  • Affiliates may only use official logos and assets provided in the Awin platform.
  • Do not modify, recolor, stretch, or change the logo in any way.
  • Do not create your own logos or branded graphics unless approved by USIMS.

3. Tone & Messaging

Affiliates must ensure all messaging is:

  • Clear, factual, and not misleading
  • Aligned with USIMS key value propositions:
  •     Global mobile data in 180+ countries
  •     Instant activation through the USIMS app
  •     No physical SIM required
  •     Unlimited validity on select data packs
  • Avoid false claims, price guarantees, or statements not provided by USIMS.

4. Visual Standards

  • Avoid creating USIMS-branded imagery that appears to be an official USIMS product.
  • You may use lifestyle travel imagery, screenshots provided by USIMS, and product mockups approved within Awin.

5. Prohibited Branding Practices

Affiliates may not:

  • Create social media accounts impersonating USIMS
  • Use domains or subdomains containing the USIMS name or trademarks
  • Use the USIMS brand name in paid search ads or keyword bidding
  • Misrepresent themselves as USIMS staff or representatives

6. Required Disclosures

Affiliates must comply with:

  • FTC disclosure guidelines
  • Local equivalents in your region
  • Clear statements such as “This post contains affiliate links”
