Maverton Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Maverton Affiliate Program. The following rules are designed to ensure transparent and effective cooperation.
1. Commission Models:
- Commission is calculated using the Cost per Sale (CPS) model.
- We apply the Last Click attribution model. Commission is awarded to the publisher whose affiliate link was the last one clicked before the purchase was finalized.
2. Commission and Deduplication:
- Commission is calculated based on the net product value in the shopping cart.
- The transaction value used for commission payout does not include:
- VAT / sales tax.
- Delivery charges / shipping fees.
- Gift wrapping fees or other additional services.
- Credit card processing fees.
- Transactions are deduplicated against our own marketing channels (including PPC, email marketing, display ads) to avoid duplicate commission payments.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Promotion Types:
Permitted:
- Cashback, voucher code websites, loyalty programs.
- Content (blogs, thematic portals).
- Email (only on databases that have explicitly consented to receive commercial information).
- Search (SEO / organic search engine positioning).
- Behavioral Retargeting (for the publisher's own traffic only).
- Media brokers.
Prohibited:
- Brand Bidding: Strictly prohibited is bidding on keywords containing our brand name, Maverton, or its variations (e.g., Maveton, Maverto).
- Unauthorized Materials: Publishers may use only advertising materials (banners, links, product feed) provided via Awin.
- Controversial Content: Promotion is prohibited on websites containing adult content, violence, hate speech, pirated software, or any illegal content.
- Google: All Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activities are strictly prohibited. For activities conducted by publishers in the Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) model, the use of keywords containing the brand name is forbidden.
4. Technical Requirements:
- Product Feed: Publishers may utilize the up-to-date product data feed.
- Cookie Lifetime: The cookie validity period is 30 days.
5. Transaction Validation:
- Transaction validation takes place within 30 days of the end of the month.
- Transactions may be declined in the event of: order cancellation, product return, unsuccessful payment, breach of program terms, duplicate order, or fraud.
