Thank you for your interest in the Neutonic Affiliate Programme. By joining, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission & Payment
Affiliates earn a default commission of 8% on all valid sales made through their AWIN tracking links.
Commissions are calculated on the final sale amount excluding taxes, shipping, or returns.
Payments are processed according to AWIN’s standard schedule after sales are validated.
2. Cookie Duration
The programme uses a 30-day cookie, crediting affiliates for sales made within 30 days of a customer clicking their referral link.
3. PPC & Brand Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on keywords containing “Neutonic” or variations such as “Neutonic Drink” or “Neutonic Focus.”
Automated bidding tools targeting restricted keywords are prohibited.
Affiliates may not create PPC campaigns or landing pages that directly compete with Neutonic branded campaigns.
Misleading ads suggesting Neutonic sponsorship where none exists are forbidden.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeited commissions.
4. Prohibited Marketing Methods
Spam, unsolicited emails, misleading advertising, or coupon/deal sites not approved by Neutonic are prohibited.
Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about products or the brand.
5. Creative Assets & Branding
Only approved creatives provided by Neutonic or via AWIN may be used.
Modifying logos, banners, or content without written permission is not allowed.
6. Geographic Targeting
The programme targets customers in the United States. Affiliates promoting elsewhere must comply with local laws and AWIN policies.
7. Fraudulent or Invalid Transactions
Attempting to generate fake sales, self-referrals, or artificial traffic will result in immediate termination and loss of commissions.
8. Content Guidelines
Promotional content must align with Neutonic’s brand values: professional, health-conscious, and performance-driven.
Unsupported medical or health claims are not permitted.
9. Programme Management
Neutonic may update, modify, or terminate the programme, commission rates, or terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes through AWIN communications.
10. Approval & Termination
Participation is subject to Neutonic’s approval.
Breaching any terms may result in removal from the programme without notice.
