By joining the Photoroom Affiliate Program via AWIN, you (the "Affiliate") agree to the following terms (the "Affiliate Service Terms") :
Affiliates may promote Photoroom using the approved links and creative assets made available through AWIN. Any promotional activity must accurately represent Photoroom and may not be misleading, spam-based, or deceptive in nature. Affiliates must not present themselves as Photoroom, nor imply an official partnership beyond participation in this affiliate program.
Commission is only eligible on valid paid subscriptions for the following plans: Monthly Max, Yearly Max, and Yearly Pro. Free trials, app installs, or subscriptions to other plan types are not commissionable unless they convert to one of the eligible plans. Photoroom may reject commissions for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions, or for transactions generated through non-compliant promotional methods.
Commission is paid only on the customer’s initial subscription purchase. Subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, plan changes, or future billing cycles are not commissionable. Retention revenue is excluded from affiliate payouts.
Use of unapproved or invented voucher/discount codes is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been explicitly issued through AWIN by Photoroom. Any violation may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Affiliates are not permitted to:
- Bid on “Photoroom” or related brand terms in PPC search advertising.
- Use “Photoroom” or similar terms in domains, subdomains, or URL paths.
- Impersonate Photoroom on websites or social media.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, pop-ups, pop-unders, toolbars, or other intrusive or automated tracking methods.
All email marketing or large-scale promotional campaigns require prior written approval from Photoroom. Creatives must not be modified without permission.
Photoroom reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via AWIN. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
