Prohibited Content
We do not allow misleading, harmful, or offensive content on our website or apps. The content you submit for publication must not include the following:
- Content that is not directly related to its purpose. For example, property listings must only relate to the property in question; property listings must not direct users to third-party websites; and your profile description must only relate to you.
- Advertising to other users, such as requests to book alternative properties.
- Illegal statements, including defamatory content, or any other content you do not have the legal right to publish.
- Profanity or other objectionable content, such as pornographic, obscene, profane, illegal, offensive, insulting, discriminatory, objectionable, threatening content; content that promotes violence or harm; depicts any nudity or sexual activity; or is otherwise “not family-friendly.”
- Photos or information about children or any third parties without their consent, or parental/legal guardian consent in the case of a child under 18.
- Personal data, such as phone numbers, credit card details, postal and email addresses, or information that can be associated with a specific individual.
- Property rates, rate ranges, or other pricing information in reviews.
- HTML tags, URLs, or hashtags.
- Material quoted from websites, books, magazines, newspapers, and other sources.
- Content that is illegal or infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of another person.
We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to determine the appropriateness of content in all cases. We may choose not to publish or remove any content that does not meet the requirements set out in these guidelines or that we consider inappropriate for any reason.
