These Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Authenticity50 affiliate programme (the “Programme”) on the Awin network.

2. Publisher Eligibility & Approval
2.1 Pre-Approval Required
All Publishers must be individually reviewed and approved by Authenticity50 via Awin before joining the Programme. Auto-approval is not permitted.

Eligible partners typically include:
Trusted editorial publications
Review and product comparison sites with original, value-adding content

All such partners must demonstrate authentic, human-created content, transparent ownership, and genuine audience engagement.
2.3 The Following Are Not Accepted (Without Exception)
The Programme does not accept:
Coupon, voucher, promo code or “deals” sites
Cashback, loyalty, or reward/points sites
Toolbar, browser extension, or plug-in based publishers
Downloadable software/adware, incentivized traffic, or forced-click mechanisms
“SEO/SEM arbitrage” or thin affiliate sites whose primary purpose is ranking on search engines for brand or coupon terms
Any site primarily focused on discount scraping, unauthorized code aggregation, or misleading offers
If you fall into any of the above categories, do not apply. Applications from these publisher types will be declined.
Authenticity50 reserves the right to make final eligibility determinations and to decline or remove any Publisher at our sole discretion.
3. PPC, SEO & Traffic Source Restrictions
3.1 No PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Activity – Strictly Prohibited
Publishers are not permitted to run any paid search, shopping, or pay-per-click campaigns that in any way drive traffic to Authenticity50, including but not limited to:
Bidding on or using Authenticity50 brand terms, misspellings, or variations (e.g. “Authenticity50”, “Authenticity 50”, product names, taglines)
Bidding on generic terms with the intent to redirect users to Authenticity50 via affiliate links
Direct linking or redirecting from PPC ads to Authenticity50 or to landing pages whose primary purpose is routing paid search traffic via affiliate links
Any PPC activity related to Authenticity50 by Publishers is grounds for immediate removal and commission reversal.
3.2 No SEO/SEM Arbitrage or Search-Engine Manipulation
Publishers may not:
Build pages or sites whose primary intention is to capture Authenticity50 brand searches or “[brand] + coupon”, “[brand] + discount” style queries
Use misleading meta tags, structured data, or cloaking targeting Authenticity50 users
Repurpose or scrape our site content or reviews in a way that misrepresents affiliation or suggests official status
We welcome genuine, original reviews and editorial content that add value. We do not allow search-spam or arbitrage tactics disguised as “content”.
4. Coupon, Discount & Promotional Code Policy
4.1 No Unauthorised Coupon Activity
Publishers may only promote offers, codes, or promotions that are explicitly provided by Authenticity50 within Awin or via direct written communication from our team.
Publishing “guessed” codes, expired codes, private codes (e.g. customer service credits), or scraped codes is strictly prohibited.
Any transaction tracked using an unauthorized code may be voided and associated commissions declined.
4.2 Representation of Offers
Publishers must not:
Advertise false or inflated discounts
Suggest “up to” savings or promo language that is not current and verified

5. Use of Brand Assets & Content
All uses of Authenticity50 trademarks, product images, logos, and creative must be truthful, brand-consistent, and obtained from Awin-provided assets or our official channels.
You may not alter our logo or brand marks, or create assets that imitate official Authenticity50 messaging in a misleading manner.
Content must not depict our brand in a defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate context.
6. Tracking, Commission & Validation
6.1 Tracking
All referrals must be tracked via properly implemented Awin tracking links. If tracking is not recorded by Awin for any reason, we are not obligated to pay commission.
6.2 Commission
Commission structures, rates, and any category-specific rules are defined in the Awin interface and may be updated by Authenticity50 from time to time.
Authenticity50 reserves the right to set different commission rates for different publisher types and placements, or to exclude certain products or orders.
6.3 Validation & Reversals
We reserve the right to review and validate all transactions and to void or reverse commissions for (non-exhaustive):
Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders
Suspected fraud or invalid traffic (including bot traffic, forced clicks, or incentivized clicks not explicitly permitted)
Transactions driven by prohibited promotional methods or non-compliant Publishers
Orders associated with unauthorized coupons or misrepresented offers

7. Sub-Networks & Sub-Publishers
Sub-networks and any form of sub-publisher model are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by Authenticity50.
Where approved, the primary Publisher is fully responsible for ensuring all sub-publishers comply with these Terms. Breach by a sub-publisher will be treated as a breach by the primary Publisher.
8. Compliance, Monitoring & Audit
Authenticity50 may review Publisher sites, traffic sources, creatives, and promotional methods at any time.
We may, at our discretion:
Request information reasonably required to verify compliance
Suspend tracking
Reverse commissions for non-compliant activity
Remove a Publisher from the Programme without notice in cases of serious or repeated breach
Failure to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests may result in programme removal and commission reversals.
9. Termination & Changes
Authenticity50 may modify these Terms, commission structures, or Programme settings at any time within the Awin interface.
Continued participation in the Programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Authenticity50 may suspend or terminate any Publisher’s participation, or the Programme as a whole, at any time, with or without cause.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Authenticity50 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Programme.
Our aggregate liability to any Publisher shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Publisher in the preceding six (6) months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
12. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
