Burde Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Burde Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining and participating, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals or businesses 18 years or older with a website, blog, social media account, or newsletter.
Burde reviews and approves all applications and may reject applications at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Burde Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Burde products honestly and ethically, without harming Burde’s reputation.
Use only approved marketing materials or your own content that complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, marketing, and disclosure requirements.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, I may earn a commission.”)
Avoid prohibited content, including:
-Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
-Hate speech, adult content, or violent content
-Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims.
3. Commissions & Payments
You earn a commission for each qualifying purchase made through your unique affiliate link.
Commission rates, cookie duration, and payment schedule are determined by Burde and may be updated.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and paying any applicable taxes.
Commissions are paid only for validated transactions, meaning:
-The order is completed and not refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use paid advertising that targets Burde trademarks or branded keywords without prior written approval.
Imitate or impersonate Burde in ads, URLs, domain names, or social media profiles.
Send spam, unsolicited emails, or use misleading redirects.
Make false, exaggerated, or medical claims about Burde products.
Use coupon sites, cashback platforms, or browser extensions without explicit approval.
Purchase products through their own affiliate links (“self-referrals”).
Violating these rules may result in account suspension, loss of commissions, or termination from the program.
5. Intellectual Property
Burde grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, images, and marketing materials solely for promoting Burde products as part of the Program.
You may not alter, resell, or misuse Burde’s intellectual property.
All rights to Burde’s content and trademarks remain with Burde.
6. Termination
The Program continues until either you or Burde decide to end it.
You can terminate your participation at any time with written notice.
Burde may suspend or terminate your account for:
-Breach of these Terms
-Inactivity
-Misuse of program assets
-Fraud or suspicious activity
Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and marketing materials. Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a Terms violation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Burde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your participation in the Program.
Burde does not guarantee income, conversions, or performance.
8. Changes
Burde may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
