Ushower Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Approved Channels & Creatives
Affiliates may promote Ushower products only via channels and creatives supplied or authorised by Ushower. Any unauthorised use of Ushower logos, images, or content is prohibited.
Commission & Valid Sales
Commissions are paid on valid sales tracked through the Ushower affiliate system, excluding cancelled orders, returned items, refunded payments, or fraudulent transactions. Ushower reserves the right to withhold commission on sales that do not meet these conditions.
Brand Terms & Paid Search
Affiliates must not bid on Ushower brand names, product names, or variations thereof in paid search campaigns without prior written consent from Ushower.
Discounts & Misleading Claims
Affiliates must not use unauthorised discount codes, coupons, or promotions. All claims regarding Ushower products must be truthful and not misleading.
Programme Changes
Ushower reserves the right to modify commission rates, promotional materials, or programme terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affiliates.
Compliance & Termination
Any breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination from the Ushower Affiliate Programme, at Ushower’s sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Ushower is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme.
