Publisher Benefits
Approved publishers will receive access to:
- A welcome pack including brand guidelines and creative assets
- Free product and training
- Dedicated affiliate support via our Awin program management team
- Opportunities for increased commission rates or exclusive campaigns for top-performing partners
Commission Structure and Rates
- Default Commission Rate: 15% on all valid sales
- New Customer Bonus: 20% on all valid sales
- Publisher Incentives: Higher rates or exclusive promotions may be offered based on performance or campaign participation
- Commission by Assist: Sales generated with assist attribution are credited in accordance with Awin’s tracking rules
Commission may vary depending on product category, promotional activity, or special partnership agreements. Any rate changes will be communicated in advance through the Awin platform.
Validation Process
Lily & Fox validates all sales within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Orders that are returned, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent will be declined or reversed.
- Only fully paid, shipped orders qualify for commission.
- Sales generated outside of approved publisher methods (e.g., unauthorized voucher codes, misleading claims) will be voided.
Statement of Consequences
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions and/or suspend a publisher’s participation if:
- The publisher violates Lily & Fox brand guidelines or Awin’s terms of service
- Content associated with the publisher includes profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory material
- The publisher uses unauthorized promotions, misleading content, or incentivized traffic not permitted under Awin’s rules
In cases of repeated or severe violations, Lily & Fox may permanently remove the publisher from the program.
Voucher Codes
Only approved voucher or promotional codes issued directly by Lily & Fox may be promoted.
- Codes not listed in Awin’s voucher feed or provided by the Lily & Fox affiliate team are not permitted.
- Unauthorized use of discount codes may result in commission reversal or program suspension.
Cookie Period
The Lily & Fox affiliate program operates on a 30-day cookie period, as stated in the Awin contract.
Commission will be attributed to the last valid click before purchase within this period.
