Loulerie Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions: 5/11/2025
By applying to and participating in the Loulerie affiliate program on AWIN, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Loulerie ("Advertiser," "we," "us," or "our") and the publisher ("Affiliate," "you," or "your").
Participation in the Loulerie Affiliate Program is also subject to Awin’s Network Terms and Conditions for Publishers. In case of conflict, Awin’s terms will prevail.
1. Program Overview
The Loulerie Affiliate Program allows approved publishers to earn commission on sales generated through tracked affiliate links. By participating, you agree to promote our products responsibly and in line with the terms set below.
2. Eligibility & Approval
~ Participation is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
~ We may remove affiliates that do not comply with our brand guidelines, promotional policies, or these terms.
3. Commission Structure & Payment
~ Commission rates, payment terms, and any special promotions will be outlined within AWIN’s platform.
~ Sales must be tracked via AWIN to qualify for commission.
~ Only sales that are completed are eligible for commission, any transactions that are returned, charged back or fraudulent will not result in commissions.
~ Sales will be attributed to affiliates based on the cookie duration as stated in the Awin interface.
4. Promotional Guidelines
~ Affiliates must only use the provided or approved marketing materials by Loulerie
~ Affiliates may not:
- Use misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive marketing tactics.
- Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent methods.
- Promote on websites with inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Use codes/offers that have not been provided to them or made available through the AWIN UI, including use of any codes that have been specifically created for other publishers.
-Any promotion of a code before the official live date and time is not allowed.
5. PPC Policy
~ Affiliates should not bid on any 'Loulerie' brand names, including any misspellings, variations or derivatives, across any search engines. Commissions will be declined if an affiliate does not comply with PPC terms.
6. Use of Branding & Content
~ Affiliates may not alter our logos, trademarks, or product images.
~ Any use of copyrighted content (e.g., images, videos, product descriptions) must be in accordance with our brand guidelines.
~ Affiliates are not allowed to conduct display activities of any kind with self-designed creatives, without express permission and sign-off by Loulerie.
7. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
- ~ Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, FTC disclosure requirements, and advertising regulations.
- ~ Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship clearly across all communications (e.g. using #ad, #gifted, "Affiliate Link" disclaimers).
8. Termination
- ~ We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time for non-compliance or any reason deemed necessary.
~ Upon termination, you must immediately remove all links and references to Loulerie
9. Liability & Indemnification
- ~ We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program.
~ You agree to indemnify Loulerie against any claims related to your affiliate activities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time, and continued participation implies acceptance of the latest terms.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to complement Awin’s operational rules and do not replace them. Affiliates are responsible for keeping informed of any updates both on the Awin platform and via communications from Loulerie.
