Program Terms

Chosen Foods Affiliate Program Terms (US)

1. Purpose
The Chosen Foods Affiliate Program (“Program”) is intended to allow approved media partners, publishers, and content creators (“Affiliates”) to earn a commission by referring customers to chosenfoods.com through tracked affiliate links.

2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to approved Affiliates. Chosen Foods reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and to remove participants at any time without prior notice.

3. Commissions
Affiliates may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and structure are determined by Chosen Foods and may be updated at any time. Commissions are paid through our designated affiliate platform in accordance with its payment schedule and terms.

4. Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates may use Chosen Foods’ approved images, logos, and product information solely for the purpose of promoting Chosen Foods products within the Program. All materials must be used in a manner consistent with our brand guidelines and cannot be altered, misrepresented, or used in connection with any misleading claims.

5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:

Use paid search advertising on branded keywords (e.g., “Chosen Foods”).

Misrepresent themselves as an official Chosen Foods entity.

Use their affiliate links for personal purchases or incentivize clicks in a misleading way.

Post false, misleading, or disparaging content about Chosen Foods.

6. Termination
Chosen Foods reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all affiliate activity and commission eligibility will cease.

7. Liability
Chosen Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
