Winebuyers Affiliate Program – General Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Winebuyers affiliate program (the “Program”) via the AWIN network. By participating, affiliates (“Partners”) agree to comply with these Terms and with AWIN’s own publisher terms.
2. Approval and Participation
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Winebuyers. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion and to remove any Partner from the Program at any time.
3. Commission
Commission is payable on valid, completed sales generated through the Partner’s tracked AWIN links. No commission will be paid for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders. Commission rates and structures are as stated in the AWIN interface and may be amended with notice.
4. Marketing Guidelines
Partners must promote Winebuyers responsibly and in line with AWIN’s and Winebuyers’ brand guidelines. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
Bidding on the Winebuyers brand name or related terms in paid search.
Misrepresentation of Winebuyers, its products, or pricing.
Use of unauthorised coupons or offers.
Email marketing without proper consent or compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All promotional materials, including images, logos, and copy provided by Winebuyers, remain the property of Winebuyers and may be used solely for the purpose of promoting Winebuyers through AWIN.
6. Termination
Winebuyers reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Partner’s participation at any time, without prior notice, in cases of suspected breach, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
7. Liability
Winebuyers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in the Program. The total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the commission paid or payable to the Partner.
8. Modifications
Winebuyers may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
